On Vacation
Mock the Market is taking a quick two-day vacation. Keep in mind that the last time I took two days off Bear Stearns went bust, so exciting things are bound to happen while I am gone. The mocking will return on Monday, September 8th. Everyone have a great weekend.

If you can find a more reliable indicator of impending market mayhem than my vacation schedule, you should consider patenting it.
A 5 trillion dollar collapse. Hank and Ben may @nationalize@ your vacation scedule. With 50% taxes, we are already 50% owned by the state ... you are on your way to becoming a national security risk.
